    Grate bar is the main part of sintering machine. The grate bars are intended for holding and transporting the ore mill by forming a trough space with the railing plates on the pallets.

    Variety grate bars with good heat resistant abrasion resistant and corrosion resistant capability. For Cr25 high Cr grate bars are inoculated with multiple active elements so its toughness increased largely, ak value achieved 8~12J/cm2, inoxidizability also increased 50~80%, shell mould casting, good surface roughness, accurate dimension.

    DIN 1.4777 is a high-temperature resistant austenitic stainless steel material. It exhibits good mechanical properties, including high tensile strength, excellent creep resistance, and good fatigue strength. It also demonstrates a high resistance to oxidation and corrosion at elevated temperatures, making it suitable for use in applications such as furnace components, heat treatment equipment, and exhaust systems in automotive and industrial settings.
