Investment Casting Method
Our company has a product heat treatment workshop, product surface treatment workshop, product processing workshop, product assembly workshop, product testing center, laboratory and other production and testing facilities. Has a monthly production capacity of 1 million pieces, 100 tons of precision metal parts, and an annual output of more than 1,000 tons of precision castings.
I. Lost wax casting, also known as lost wax casting, is a casting method using one-time melting (solubility) patterns to mold castings. Compared with other metal molding processes, mold casting with high size accuracy, thin casting surface, just a small amount of processing or even no processing to meet the use requirements.
Mold casting has obvious advantages:
1. Reduce the weight of the workpiece, save metal materials;
Reduce the production cost of workpieces and the cost of processing finished products;
3 Save labor time on processing, shorten the production cycle.
Secondly, molten mold casting can cast parts with very complex shapes, especially for parts with complex internal cavity structure that are difficult to realize through other processing methods, such as impellers, hollow blades, etc. This gives design engineers greater design freedom.
Thirdly, products that need to go through several processes to complete, such as stamping, sheet metal, welding, machining, etc., can be molded once by mold casting, so as to save production costs and shorten the production cycle.
4. The mold casting is not limited to alloy material, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, high temperature alloy, as well as aluminum alloy, copper alloy, magnesium alloy, titanium alloy, etc. can all be used for mold casting, for processing, forging, welded alloy materials, more suitable for mold casting.
5. Molten mold casting is not limited to serial production, can be produced in both large quantities and small quantities, for trial production of new products, individual production can be carried out by rapid molding method.
